Outdoor Week 2018

We had Outdoor Week in week 7 and it was really fun. My highlights of Outdoor Week are going to the beach and doing beach ed it was really fun. I loved bogie boarding and going in the water. I also liked going surfing and caching big waves.

Seeking Help

Today we were learning about seeking help when things go wrong online.
I learnt to take a screenshot  if I see something bad or something not nice. Then I need to send it to 3 adults.
I found it hard to put the background on my google drawings.
I found it easy to post it on  my blog.
Next time I need to write my title before I put my drawings on.

Netiquette

We were learning about Netiquette.
I learnt that netiquette means use you manes. I also learnt that if you write in capitals on the internet it means you are shouting.
I found it easy to write all the words.
 I found it hard to post my work.
I really enjoyed writing everything.
Next time I need to know how to post my work on my blog.

Cybersmart

We were learning how to make a person or a animal on a google drawing. We where also learning how to collaborate on a google drawings or google slides.
I found it easy to work with my buddy because she was working well with me.
I found it hard to name the animal or person because it was hard to find the best name for our dog.
I really enjoyed making the dog because it was like a hunt to find the best shapes.
Next time I need to make more comments so my buddy understands me.
My top tip is to litsen to your buddy because they could be right. My other top tip is to use your time wisely.

Learning About Gary Paulsen

Here is a slide I made about Gary Paulsen. I learnt how to make an image round. It was a little bit hard but I got there and I learnt how to make a bar code. I also learnt that he was born on the 17 may 1939. The hard bit was to find all the information but it was fun at the same time. I got a little bit of help from the teacher but it was good. Next time I mite find a bit more information on the awards slide. But  I liked doing it so much.

The Motorbike That Wins Races

I can put a barcode on a google slide. The hard bit was putting the barcode in. I enjoyed finding facts about John Britten. My next step will be to put more adjectives in my writing.

Profile

My name is Rosie. I go to  Ormond School. I have four older brothers I am the youngest in my family. I am a girl. I like animals.
I enjoy watching TV, playing with animals and reading at school I am good at reading and writing  I  find spelling and maths hard. My goal this year is to know all my two and threes times tables.
This year I am looking forward to doing more reading and being in the new class. My Mum and Dad have inspired  me to do a lot of things.
